BIOFEEDBACK

Biofeedback is a process that enables an individual to learn how to change physiological activity for the purposes of improving health and performance. Our biofeedback services include respiratory techniques – which involves deep breathing,  reducing one’s breaths per minute, and an extended exhalation.  These services are often recommended for patients with migraines, chronic pain, and anxiety.
